Privacy Policy

DataMoum Talk is operated worldwide by KCREW. This policy explains how the app handles information.
1. Local learning data
No account is required. Lesson progress, saved phrases, language, age confirmation, and advertising choices are stored on your device. KCREW does not upload recordings or learning progress to a DataMoum server.
2. Optional rewarded advertising
Pangle rewarded ads appear only when you request a clearly labelled reward. If enabled, Pangle and its service providers may process device or advertising identifiers, IP and network information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data under your consent and platform settings.
3. Permissions and choices
You may decline advertising and tracking permission and continue using the core lessons. You can change advertising consent in the app, manage permissions in device settings, or remove local data by uninstalling the app.
4. Children and international processing
The app is not directed to children under 13. Advertising providers may process information in countries other than yours using applicable safeguards.
